At D-Link Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your networking solutions. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return your hardware within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the product in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technical team inspects the device, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
